Sorches

A newly created characer, Sorches is one of the funner characters I have been playing so far. A bisexual hitman, this man is a wanderer, and often will end up in the most unlikely of places. This is how he ends up at the Hazelwood Inn with a job to kill someone. Unfortunately, the informant was not clear as to who the victim was . . .

This was done for me by PseudoNonchalance, on Y!Gallery.

Name: Allan Joseph Lilienthal.

Nicknames: Sorches. Most people only know him by this name.

Age: 32.

Race: Human.

Class: Assassin/Rogue.

Appearance: If one were to look at him, they would notice that he has wisps of light brown hair framing his face, along with it pulled back in a ponytail. He usually wears glasses, but he does take them off from time to time. He has a full set of lips, and thin eyebrows.

Sorches usually is seen with a lot of leather. He has a leather trenchcoat that is worn from travelling over the years, and has one bottom button popped off by his ferret that he is often seen travelling with. At times, the white ferret will sit on his shoulder, being buried by his long hair when he chooses to have it loose. Most of the time, though, she comes out from the leather backpack that Sorches is carrying, which only has one strap. This is also worn from years of travel, as well as the ferret chewing through some of the belted straps. He also has his Glock in a hidden pocket, and a pair of gloves for when he goes on his 'jobs'.

When Sorches takes off his trenchcoat, one can see how muscular he is. He's not overly muscled, but he isn't bad looking, either. He wears a black fishnet shirt that accents his features, but one would notice how pale his skin is. This shirt is long sleeved and thin. He also has leather pants on with a nice belt to match. They look tight to the eyes, but he's perfectly fine with how they fit him.

Sorches has knee high boots that are often hidden by his leather pants, but they are laced, and they are durable for pretty much anything. They are worn on the tops, again from travel.

Personality: Being an assassin, Sorches hardly thinks like one. The man tries to enjoy life as much as possible, and often will be seen playing with his ferret, Star. From chasing after the sneaky ferret to trying to do his job, Sorches is always planning his next move. Other then his ferret, he is pretty much detatched from his feelings, because of having to kill people for money.

He is also the type to indulge in cruelty when he is with his sexual partners, seeing sex as an escape from having a conscience about the people he has killed. Sorches won't kill his partners, giving them enjoyable sex, but he does use weapons on them and draw blood. Still, most of his partners haven't complained. Sorches tends to not keep long relationships, going for one night stands and not have any feelings attached, thinking it better that way.

On the outside, however, Sorches is very playful and is often a flirt when he's talking to a pretty lady. This is most noticeable when he's talking to the hotel staff at the Hazelwood Inn. He is a nice fellow, for the most part, but hardly anyone picks up on the internal struggle the man carries inside, with his profession and his longing to find someone and settle down.

Possessions: -Star, his ferret
-A change of clothes (with two fish net shirts and a pair of blue jeans and leather pants)
-a nice suit with a pair of dress shoes
-black leather backpack with one strap and worn belt straps
-brown leather wallet with only cash in it
-a few rations (such as deer meat that he's killed and preserved after cooking)
-a few things for Star to eat
-Glock with a couple of cartridges/bullets
-a belt, rope and a few other choice sex toys

Skills: Being able to distance himself would be a skill for Sorches, since of his ability to kill someone at point blank range. He's the type of person who relies on luck, and he says as much while he is there. He usually gets his target on first sight, but sometimes he misses.

He also is charming and can get what he wants from whoever he's talking to, most of the time. The only one who has seemed to stand up to him is the room service maid, Andriel.

Lastly, he does has a high tolerance for pain, since he does engage in torturing other people before killing them, and himself after he does the deed to make sure he pays retribution.

Magic: None.

History: Sorches was tortured by his father, who was a child molester. He often was into pretty girls, and Sorches was appalled at 13 that his sister was the base of his father's fantasies. When he blackmailed his father with that knowledge, his father killed one of Sorches' classmates in cold blood, and threathened to tell the police that Sorches was the one who killed him. The murder was left unsolved, and to protect his sister, Sorches had become his father's whore, to put it bluntly.

After being whored out by his father's clients for years, and finally graduating high school, Sorches met a few friends when he was 19 and started sneaking off to hang out with them. They were gothic, and they introduced him to the world of BSDM. Realising that his father had tortured him with belts, rope and other things, Sorches felt sick that he liked this type of thing, and had tried it on a random guy at a club that he was at. This was where he met his master, Avarin, who later collared him and they had a relationship together. When Avarin knew what was going on at home, he offered to take in Sorches and his sister, Tresse. Sorches agreed and they went to the house to get his belongings, and his sister.

However, his father found out about the whole thing, and captured Avarin first. He blamed him for his son thinking that he was a free spirited creature, and that he had turned gay. His father waited until Sorches found out he had Avarin, and as he opened the door to try to save his master, his father slit Avarin's throat, making sure that Sorches watched him die. To this day, Sorches is torn apart over that.

From there, he let Sorches cry and proceeded to beat the boy; then tied him up to a chair and watched as he raped his sister, since he did break their deal. Her sister later committed suicide and his father reported it, telling them that Sorches had killed his younger sister and his master in a homicidal rage. Sorches ran back to his master's club, where his brother, Sashay, was. He informed him of what happened, but Sashay said that Sorches killed him and called the police as well. It would be years later that his fellow slave, Maria, would prove his innocence.

While he was running away from his town, he was caught by a couple of people, and they looked into his past. Seeing that Sorches was a wanted man, they offered him protection in exchange for him killing a couple of people, thinking he was capable. After Sorches declined, he was raped by the boss of the gang, and Sorches was forced to accept the deal after being blackmailed. It was several days later that Sorches got his first target, and decked out in all black, and the trenchcoat, he killed his first victim, regretting that it was one of his friends. But soon he got a sick thrill out of it, and Sorches began to have sex after he killed someone to try to get rid of that sick feeling inside.

This is normally what he does to try to make himself feel human again, and to remind himself of not being able to protect his sister.

After killing his friend, Sorches was granted protection for his services, and often will take on odd jobs, and walk on foot so he cannot be tracked down. This is what he has been doing for the last 13 years. The only kill he has regretted was a young boy who he had to kill as he watched his parents get shot down by another hitman.

Sorches still feels the pangs of regret, but that was where he found Star, who does not seem to hold it against him too much. However, the ferret does remind Sorches that he is alive, and makes him feel things that he knew he should not be feeling with the line of work he is doing.

Thirteen years later, Sorches encounters another mission: to assinate someone at the Hazelwood Inn. Sorches goes, and that is where he meets Andriel, who would later become his partner and lover. After protecting him from being killed by his best friend, Satori offers to take him with Sorches and himself. Andriel is brought into the fold, and Sorches is left to show him the ropes.
